Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing books through AndersonPages.com. Orders are sold and fulfilled by Wedding Chaplain LLC. This policy explains our shipping process and how we handle returns, refunds, and order concerns.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available books are packed and shipped as promptly as possible. Any stated processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives your package and varies by destination and shipping service. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

For preorders or items with a future shipping date, the expected shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page. If we become aware of a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before your order ships. Changes may be unavailable once a package has been shipped.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. We will cover costs resulting from an addressing error on our part.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or is the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order information and a description of the issue. We may request photographs of the book and packaging to help resolve the problem.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. If we refund the affected item, we will also refund its applicable sales tax and the original shipping charge attributable to that item.

Returns

Once a returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Anderson Pages.

Personalized Books

Books with personalized inscriptions are final sale, except when they arrive damaged or defective, or we make an error with your order.

Books bearing only the author’s signature remain eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include the returned item’s purchase price and applicable sales tax.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items include the shipping charges described above.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before we ship or personalize your order.

Orders canceled before shipment and before any requested personalization begins will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies. Personalized orders may be ineligible for cancellation after we complete the inscription.
